Louis James

Louis is responsible for sales, marketing, and business development. He brings more than three decades of experience in the computer hardware and software industry, including leadership roles in field sales, telesales, marketing, and product launch activities.

Before founding R James Company, he held leadership positions with Innovative Network Consultants, Century Software, and Symantec Corporation, contributing to enterprise-focused growth and channel development.

Louis also founded and managed several international optical companies and previously operated Louis James and Associates, a manufacturer’s representative firm serving data communications, software developers, systems integrators, and related resellers throughout the western United States.

That mix of entrepreneurial and corporate experience continues to shape the company’s practical, service-minded approach today.
